accept COD or Credit Cards?
We do not accept
COD, since we want to provide the best prices for the customers and we
cannot take the risk of COD.

send the payment with your credit or debit card using the
Western Union
Online payment method.

inform you that we will not supply any wholesale price list, since it
depends of the quantities you want. However, you can tell us the exact items
and the quantities. Then we will quote you the best price. Our newest
catalog is our site. We will put almost all of our new items on the site,and

Hong Kong Toys Warranty
Policy
All products, new and preplayed, are
warranted for a period of One months. No refunds. All sales are final.
Defective products are exchanged for the same item only.
Our warranty shall not apply if the game
has been damaged by abuse, negligence, accident, unreasonable use,
modification, or tampering with the protective label.
If for any reason you, the customer,
decide to return any unopened product within the first 7 days of
receipt to Hong Kong Toys an RA number is required. All returned
unopened merchandise will be charged a 25% restocking fee. Also, you
would not be credited for any freight incurred. For all opened
merchandise all sales are final.
Upon receipt of your merchandise and
confirmation of the product quality, a replacement will be dispatched
immediately. If the product is not defective, you will be liable for all
charges to ship the product back to you.
RETURN AUTHORIZATION : A return
authorization number (RA#) is required to ship any products to China
Toys. Without a RA# your products will be refused at our warehouse
location and shipped back to you at your expense. Please email to obtain
a (RA) NUMBER
Please note: When shipping products
please include your RA# on the outside of the package and also enclose a
note with your name, address, phone, RA# and reason for return. We
recommend you insure your items.
