  • Would you read the following parts before placing an order or enquiry :

  • Since we would like to provide the best price for the customers, you need to send your payment in advance by one of following methods :

  • Telegraph Bank Transfer the payment to our Multicurrency E- Banking Account ( Accept Any Currency .... EUR , USD , JPY , GBP , CAD ...Etc)
  • Payment by bank transfer to our Bank Account in Hong Kong , Simply contact your banker and seek for advice. Usually you will only have to fill in a form on the counter using the following information:

  • TT the 'Grand Total' amount and pay for all bank charges. We will not ship the products if we receive less money than the amount stated on the 'Grand Total' due to purchasers who did not pay for TT charges.

  • Send a email to us about the TT form's sender name if it is different from the purchaser.

  • Since it's not a local bank transfer, please be sure to pay for the charges both banks ask for.

  • Once you make the payment, Please make sure to scan the payment receipt and email to sales@hkgtoys.com Then we will process your order once the payment arrived.

  • Contact your local Western Union or MoneyGram agent, fill in the form with all the details and give the payment to them.
  • If you are located in USA , UK , Australia , austria , Canada , France , Germany , Ireland , Netherlands , Norway , Sweden , you can send the payment with your credit or debit card using the Western Union Online payment method.
  • They will give you a (10-digits for Western Union) or (8-digits for Money Gram) control numbers.
  • Send a email to us with the control numbers, so that we can collect the payment.
  • You will get a payment confirmation number and a receipt from Western Union

  • Once you make the payment, Please make sure to scan the payment receipt and email to sales@hkgtoys.com Then we will process your order once the payment arrived.

After we have received the payment, we will send out the goods on the next day. Usually, we will use the EMS speed post (3-5 days for most of the country). Then we will send you a tracking number for keeping track on your parcel. You may request us to use the Registered Air Mail Parcel (5-14 days), or UPS, DHL, Fedex or even air-cargo (3-5 days for most of the country) as you like.

Shipping via UPS or Federal Express :
Courier shipping service, usually takes around 3 - 4 days to major destinations. Shipments can be tracked online. Shipments can be tracked on UPS' web-site. or Federal Express' web-site.
Shipping via EMS:
Courier shipping service ( wholly owned by Hong Kong Government Post Office ) , usually takes around 3 to 5 days to major destinations. Shipments can be tracked on web-site. Excellent Services! Highly Recommended!
Shipping via Registered Air Mail Parcel :
Recommended for smaller and non urgent shipments. Airmail shipments can take around 1-2 weeks to major destinations. Shipments can be tracked on web-site.
Shipping via Registered Air Mail BUBBLE PACK:
Recommended for small parcel which not over 500g. Airmail shipments can take around 1-2 weeks to major destinations. Shipments can be tracked on web-site.
Every EMS Speed Post Registered Air Mail Parcel has its own barcode.
 
Every Registered Air Mail Parcel and EMS Speed Post  needs the receiver's signature in order to get the parcel. Even when there is no receiver at home, the parcel will be brought back to the post office and you will be informed to pick it up. This prevents the risk of stolen parcels.

Return Policy

If for any reason you, the customer, decide to return any unopened product to China Hong Kong Toys and there will be a 30% restocking fee. Also, you would not be credited for any freight incurred.

All of the prices listed on our web-site are in US dollars and do not include the mailing charges. For the currency exchange, you can check the Universal Currency Converter. Normal Registered Air Mail Parcel is the cheapest way. EMS is faster and reliable. We suggest you to use the EMS speed post. Since we have sent out ten thousands of packages by EMS and NONE of them was lost, only few of them were damaged.

However, we will not guarantee any lost in the shipping process, unless you agree to buy the insurance. If you want so, remember to inform us when you place the order.

We will make sure the items are in good condition before sending out. However, if the items do not work properly, we will replace them (but you should pay for the shipping charge when sending back to us). After we have received the defected items, we will send you the new ones (we will pay for the shipping charge). We will NOT provided any refund. We will just replace the same items for you if the items are defected.
