• Would you read the following parts before placing an order or enquiry :

• Since we would like to provide the best price for the customers, you need to send your payment in advance by one of following methods :

• Telegraph Bank Transfer the payment to our E- Banking Account ( Accept Any Currency .... EUR , USD , JPY , GBP , CAD ...Etc)

• Payment by bank transfer to our Bank Account in Hong Kong , Simply contact your banker and seek for advice. Usually you will only have to fill in a form on the counter using the following information:

• No need to Paid Tax , Full range of banking service , Accept Any Currency Payment . E-Banking customer, you can enjoy special discount for commission , Real savings on transaction fees and save up to 80% on chats/remittance! .  

• Go to your local bank. Fill the particulars in the order form by typing in all the details.

• Please make sure that you have written our account name and account number. correctly.

• TT the 'Grand Total' amount and pay for all bank charges. We will not ship the products if we receive less money than the amount stated on the 'Grand Total' due to purchasers who did not pay for TT charges.

• Send a email to us about the TT form's sender name if it is different from the purchaser.

• Since it's not a local bank transfer, please be sure to pay for the charges both banks ask for.

• Once you make the payment, Please make sure to scan the payment receipt and email to sales@ps2modchip.com , Then we will process your order once the payment arrived.

• Payment by Western Union or Money Gram via Credit Visa or Debit Card

• Contact your nearest Western Union Agent location. To find one, call Directory Assistance in your area, or visit their Website at http://www.payment-solutions.com/agent.html

• Contact your local Western Union or MoneyGram agent, fill in the form with all the details and give the payment to them.

• If you are located in USA , UK , Australia , austria , Canada , France , Germany , Ireland , Netherlands , Norway , Sweden , you can send the payment with your credit or debit card using the Western Union Online payment method.

• They will give you a (10-digits for Western Union) or (8-digits for Money Gram) control numbers.

• Send a email to us with the control numbers, so that we can collect the payment.

• You will get a payment confirmation number and a receipt from Western Union

• Once you make the payment, Please make sure to scan the payment receipt and email to sales@ps2modchip.com , Then we will process your order once the payment arrived.

After we have received the payment, we will send out the goods on the next day. Usually, we will use the EMS speed post (3-5 days for most of the country). Then we will send you a tracking number for keeping track on your parcel. You may request us to use the normal air-mail (2-5 weeks), or UPS, DHL, Fedex or even air-cargo as you like.
 

All of the prices listed on our web-site are in US dollars and do not include the mailing charges. For the currency exchange, you can check the Universal Currency Converter. Normal air-mail is the cheapest way. EMS is faster and reliable. We suggest you to use the EMS speed post. Since we have sent out thousands of packages by EMS and NONE of them was lost, only few of them were damaged.

However, we will not guarantee any lost in the shipping process, unless you agree to buy the insurance. If you want so, remember to inform us when you place the order.

We will make sure the items are in good condition before sending out. However, if the items do not work properly, we will replace them (but you should pay for the shipping charge when sending back to us). After we have received the defected items, we will send you the new ones (we will pay for the shipping charge). We will NOT provided any refund. We will just replace the same items for you if the items are defected.
